Tom House is a Level 3 Qualified PT based in West London, specialising in pre- and post-partum training. After years working in the City, he retrained as a personal trainer. He's a pre- and post-partum specialist, having completed numerous additional trainings. Tom trains in the studio five times a week, has completed triathlons, halfs and the 2025 London Marathon. He has two boys and a passion for contemporary art.
